I've spent 25 years in the performance and coaching space — working with ambitious men who've built successful careers but lost their physical edge along the way.
 
I broke a British swimming record. I built a gym business from nothing, lost it during a global pandemic, and rebuilt from zero. Everything I teach comes from having done it the hard way.
